AI Avatar minutes are used when generating videos with AI avatars or interacting with AI avatars.
Subscription minutes
Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of AI Avatar minutes per billing period (see details on our pricing page).
- These minutes renew at the start of each billing period
- Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month
Example:
If your plan includes 20 minutes and you use only 10 (or none), your next billing period will still include 20 minutes, not more.
Purchased minutes
You can also buy additional AI Avatar minutes separately.
- These minutes do not expire with your billing period
- They remain available until fully used
Example:
If you purchase 25 minutes and use 5, the remaining 20 minutes stay on your balance.
Combined example
If you are on a Professional plan with 20 minutes per month, use 15 minutes, and also purchase 25 additional minutes:
- At the next billing period, your subscription minutes will reset to 20 minutes
- Your purchased 25 minutes will remain unchanged
So your total available balance will be 45 minutes (20 subscription + 25 purchased).
