Open the presentation. In the top row, select Access.
2. Then in the menu that appears, you can set the access type for the presentation: Restricted (private — accessible only to you) or Public access (accessible to your company or specific users). For example, you can specify a list of companies or specific employees who will have access to the presentation. Additionally, you can set permissions for other users in your company — allowing or prohibiting them from creating links to share this presentation.
