Useful AI features for presentations and online content

The Pitch Avatar team discusses the AI-based tools available today and how authors of online content, particularly those focused on promotion and sales, can use them for various purposes.

Note: We have chosen not to mention our product, Pitch Avatar, in the main text of the article. Firstly, out of modesty ))). And secondly, because it encompasses a variety of functions that make it a universal solution for most tasks faced by online presentation creators. To describe it properly, we would need to introduce a unique category: “AI assistants for presenters.”

Before we begin, let’s clarify that, at present, there are no AI products that can truly compete with humans in creating turnkey online presentations. When it comes to understanding audience psychology, originality, and creativity, natural human intelligence remains unmatched. It’s impossible to create an AI where you could simply say, “Hi, create a couple of online presentation options on this topic,” and receive a ready-made media product comparable to the best work of human creativity. However, AI tools are excellent assistants. They save a significant amount of time by handling routine tasks, act as tireless partners in generating new ideas, and generally open up new possibilities for discovery. Curious to know how? Keep reading to find out.

Text generation and idea search

This category primarily includes all popular conversational AIs. These tools can be used to generate text templates, including presentation scripts and other types of online content. Equally, if not more importantly, discussing a presentation topic with such AIs can greatly simplify the search and development of new ideas. Additionally, AI interlocutors can search for information with varying degrees of success. However, it’s important to remember that conversational AI should not be used as a final source of content. Everything generated by AI needs to be checked and edited. Unfortunately, AI systems can make errors and occasionally produce outputs that don’t make sense, often referred to as “machine delirium.”

Examples: ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Jasper, Hubspot Blog Ideas Generator.

  Illustrations and design

Modern AI solutions in this category can generate almost any visual content required by presentation creators—such as pictures in various styles, videos, animations, slide designs, and more. Most of these tools can create content based on free-form text descriptions, offering the flexibility to guide the AI in crafting visuals according to specific needs. Typically, these tools come with settings that allow you to choose the desired style for the content. As with text generation, it’s important to remember that the creative outputs from AI artists and directors should be carefully reviewed and edited. Common flaws and errors must be identified, corrected, or even discarded to ensure high-quality results.

Examples:  Canva, NightCafe, Adobe GenStudio, DALL·E 2, Pictory, Simplified, InVideo.

Data collection and analysis

AI products in this category are essential for presenters who rely on up-to-date information about their target audience, competitors, and the topics they address in their online content.

Examples: AnswerThePublic, Google Trends, BuzzSumo, Social Mention.

Personalization

As a continuation of the previous category, we will mention AI solutions that help authors target content to specific people and audiences. These products utilize customer databases and open information from the internet. Additionally, they analyze viewers’ interactions with content and the overall behavior of different groups and categories of internet users.

Examples:  Albert, Personetics, Segment.

Analysis and optimization

With AI tools from this category, authors can improve the quality and effectiveness of presentations – both in general and in individual components. The usual scheme looks like receiving verification results or recommendations from artificial intelligence.

Examples: Beautiful.ai, Grammarly, Semrush, Hotjar, Slidebean.

In conclusion of our short review, we note that most modern AI solutions, including those that can be useful for online content authors, strive for universality and can be used to solve several problems. At the same time, there are relatively few special tools originally created for the needs of presenters. That is why we decided to create our AI assistant, Pitch Avatar, the functionality of which is designed not only to simplify and speed up the work of presenters, but also to maximize the effectiveness of online content.

Try it and see for yourself!

Good luck to everyone, successful presentations, and high incomes.
