AI Transparency Notice

Purpose: this Notice informs users and their audiences that they are interacting with, or are exposed to the output of, artificial intelligence systems, in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the “AI Act”).

1. Who we are

ROIFORCIO GmbH (Wallgasse 13 / PF42, 1060 Vienna, Austria) operates the Pitch Avatar platform and acts as the provider of the artificial intelligence systems described below.

2. You are interacting with an AI system

The Pitch Avatar Chat-avatar and other conversational features are artificial intelligence systems. When you, or an audience to whom you send Pitch Avatar content, communicate with the Chat-avatar, you are interacting with software – not with a natural person. This is disclosed:

  • at the start of every conversation with the Chat-avatar, through a clear on-screen statement;
  • by a persistent visual indicator (an “AI” label) shown in the Chat-avatar interface;
  • in this Notice and in our Terms of Use.

3. AI-generated and AI-manipulated content

The platform generates synthetic audio, image, video and text (AI presenters, avatars, voice-overs, translations and dubbing). All such outputs are marked in a machine-readable format and are detectable as artificially generated or manipulated, as described in our Synthetic Content Marking Policy.

Where Pitch Avatar is used to create content that resembles a real, identifiable person (for example, dubbed video or a cloned voice), the person deploying that content must disclose to the audience that it has been artificially generated or manipulated. Pitch Avatar provides the tools to make this disclosure visible.

4. Third-party AI

Some generative functions are powered by third-party general-purpose AI providers, identified in our Privacy Policy. Those providers remain responsible for their own AI Act obligations at the level of the underlying model.

5. Exceptions

The interaction-disclosure requirement does not apply where it is obvious from the circumstances and context of use that a person is interacting with an AI system, or where use is authorised by law to detect, prevent or investigate criminal offences.
