As of 2 August 2026, most EU AI Act requirements for high-risk systems are not yet enforceable. Digital Omnibus has postponed these deadlines to December 2027 and August 2028. At the same time, transparency requirements under Article 50 are already in effect, and the transitional period for machine-readable marking ends on 2 December 2026.

In this webinar, we will break down which EU AI Act requirements are already in effect, what will come into force and when, and where businesses using AI in customer interactions are most vulnerable to regulatory risks. We will also briefly look at the broader EU regulatory landscape, including requirements related to data protection and cybersecurity.

Will talk about:

  • What the EU AI Act means for your business and which requirements are already in effect

  • What risks businesses face when using AI in customer interactions

  • Which EU AI Act deadlines and upcoming changes you need to consider now

  • Which other EU regulations and requirements, particularly around data protection and cybersecurity, you should pay attention to
