Hiring with AI: Smarter Decisions or Faster Mistakes?
AI tools now screen CVs, rank candidates and even conduct interviews. Recruitment has become faster. Whether it has become better is a different question.
Many hires that look perfect on paper still fail within the first months. The reason is rarely missing skills. Far more often, the person doesn’t fit the role, the team, the manager or the organisation. Many AI tools aren’t designed to see this, and some simply automate the guesswork and biases they promise to remove.
On October 27, Pitch Avatar is hosting a free online webinar on this topic.
