The Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of Kazakhstan partnered with Softprom to roll out several pilot projects introducing digital avatars into public communications. Pitch Avatar, a platform that specializes in AI tools, provided the technology.
The project focused on using a digital avatar in the Ministry’s interactions with mass media. During preparation, scenarios for presenting activity results, audience dialogue formats, and response generation logic were developed, and the solution’s stability under public access conditions was tested.
The technology development and implementation were carried out by the specialized technology vendor Pitch Avatar, which creates solutions based on digital avatars for the public sector and business. As part of the pilot, Pitch Avatar provided the design, integration, and practical application of the developed solution.
Following several testing stages, a working model for using a digital avatar as a tool to support public communications and conduct information sessions was formed. The pilot project results confirmed the technology’s readiness for use in real scenarios and helped identify further directions for its development.
This project is part of a larger push to bring AI technologies into government and corporate communications.
